Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, taught by Master Yang Zhen Duo, 4th Generation of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, son of Yang Cheng-Fu and by Master Yang Jun, 6th Generation of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, grandson of Yang Zhen Duo.

Long Form   $360.00   July 4th - July 7th, 2001

Registration and Check-In
Registration Fee - (Nonrefundable)   $20.00
Late Registration Fee after June 15, 2001   $50.00

Full payment is due on or before June 15, 2001. Late registrations will be assessed a $50 late fee, and may be submitted no later than June 29, 2001.
There will be no registrations taken at the seminar. Only registered participants will be allowed access to the seminar. 

Membership to the Association must be applied for 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the seminar date to receive the member discount
Refund Policy All Refund requests must be in writing.  Notification of cancellation must be received before June 15, 2001.  You will be refunded 50% of your payment.  There will be no refund after June 15, 2001. 
Airport Pickup
and Shuttle		 The Yang Chengfu Tai Chi Chuan - USA San Antonio Center will have airport pickup on July 3rd between 12:00 noon and 7:00 pm. Please be sure to indicate your airlines (with flight number), date and time of arrival on your registration form. If you are unable to schedule your arrival to take advantage of the seminar pickup times, there are shuttle companies at the Airport offering their services to get you to and from the seminar. Your destination is Our Lady of the Lake University at Commerce and 24th St.
Accommodations
and Meals
On Campus: Single room   $36.00 per night

Meals will be available at the Cafeteria except on July 4th and weekends During those days local students will offer rides to local restaurants.
Cafeteria Price: according to your consumption.
